As a 4999 user, you are required to comply with the following:
- Do not intentionally exploit any technical vulnerabilities or bugs on the platform
- Do not use automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets
- Do not attempt to access another user's account
- Do not engage in illegal activity or money laundering on the platform
- Do not place bets on behalf of unknown third parties

Payment & Transaction Terms
All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). You can deposit via bKash, Nagad, and other approved payment methods. Deposit amounts must fall within the minimum and maximum limits set by the platform. 4999 is not liable for delayed deposits caused by technical issues.
Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made. Withdrawals are only permitted via the same payment method used for the original deposit. 4999 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals under certain circumstances, particularly during investigations into suspicious activity.
If a technical error results in an incorrect deposit amount or reward being credited, 4999 reserves the right to correct the mistake. Funds received in error must be returned even if already used. Applicable rules will govern any bet cancellations.
All bonuses, vouchers, and promotional offers on 4999 are subject to their own terms and conditions. Once a bonus is accepted, withdrawals are not permitted until the associated wagering or rollover requirements have been met. Liability remains limited even in cases of damage caused by third-party actions or cyberattacks.
4999's total liability shall never exceed the total amount deposited by the user over the preceding 30 days.
Intellectual Property & Third Parties
All content on the 4999 platform — including logos, designs, text, game interfaces, and software — is protected under the intellectual property rights of 4999 or its licensed partners. Copying, distributing, or commercially using any content without permission is strictly prohibited.
